SERVICE AGREEMENT

The Identity Integration Intensive™

1. PARTIES

This Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between Judy Ben-Asher Wellness, LLC (“Coach,” “we,” or “our”), and the individual signing below (“Client,” “you,” or “your”).

This Agreement governs your participation in The Identity Integration Intensive™, an 8-week structured transformation program offered by Judy Ben-Asher Wellness, LLC.

2. PROGRAM DESCRIPTION

The Identity Integration Intensive™ is an 8-week structured identity rebuild program using the proprietary Identity Integration Method™. The program moves through four core phases: Stabilize, Reframe, Realign, and Rise.

Clients will select one of the following tracks upon enrollment:

Track One — DNA Discovery Track: For individuals navigating Identity Level Trauma® after unexpected DNA results. This track addresses shock, identity confusion, family system rupture, nervous system dysregulation, and communication challenges related to DNA discovery.

Track Two — Life Recalibration Track: For individuals navigating burnout, misalignment, relational shifts, health instability, spiritual disconnection, or identity transition. This track addresses the same root issue of identity destabilization through a life recalibration lens.

Both tracks follow the same Identity Integration Method™ framework and 8-week structure. The specific focus areas and content are tailored to each track’s entry point.

3. PROGRAM DELIVERABLES

Depending on the tier selected, the program includes:

Standard Intensive ($2,400):

Eight (8) weekly 90-minute live group sessions
Program workbook and tools
Community container access for the duration of the program
Access to session recordings via private Kajabi portal

Premium Intensive ($3,500):

Everything included in the Standard Intensive
Voxer access to Coach during the program period
One (1) private 1:1 coaching session
Personalized communication scripts
Bonus guided meditations

All session recordings and program materials will be delivered via a private link through the Kajabi platform.

4. INVESTMENT AND PAYMENT TERMS

The total investment for the program is determined by the tier selected at enrollment:

Standard Intensive: $2,400 USD
Premium Intensive: $3,500 USD

Payment is due in full at the time of enrollment unless a payment plan has been arranged in writing prior to the program start date. Payment plan arrangements, if applicable, will be documented as an addendum to this Agreement.

Failure to complete payment plan installments may result in suspension of access to program materials and sessions until the balance is resolved.

5. REFUND POLICY

Full Refund After First Session: If, after attending the first session of the program, you determine that the Identity Integration Intensive™ is not the right fit for you, you may request a full refund of your program investment. Refund requests must be submitted in writing within seventy-two (72) hours of the completion of the first session.

No Refunds After the First Session: Once the second session has begun, no refunds will be issued. By continuing past the first session, you acknowledge your commitment to the full 8-week program and agree that no partial or full refunds will be provided for the remainder of the program.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within fourteen (14) business days of receiving a written refund request.

6. SCHEDULING AND ATTENDANCE

Group sessions will be held weekly at a date and time communicated prior to the program start date. All sessions are conducted live via video and delivered through the Kajabi platform.

If you are unable to attend a live session, a recording will be made available in your private Kajabi portal. Missed sessions are not eligible for individual make-up sessions or refunds.

For Premium Intensive clients with a private 1:1 session: A minimum of forty-eight (48) hours’ notice is required to reschedule your private session. Cancellations or no-shows with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in forfeiture of the session.

Coach reserves the right to reschedule group sessions with reasonable notice due to illness, emergency, or unforeseen circumstances. Any rescheduled session will be made up within the program period or immediately following.

7. CONFIDENTIALITY

All information shared by Client during coaching sessions, in the community container, or through any communication channel (including Voxer) is held in strict confidence by Coach. Coach will not disclose Client’s personal information to any third party without Client’s prior written consent, except as required by law.

Client agrees to maintain the confidentiality of all information shared by other participants within the group program and community container. What is shared in the group stays in the group.

Exceptions to confidentiality: Coach is obligated to break confidentiality if there is a credible threat of harm to self or others, suspected abuse of a minor or vulnerable adult, or as otherwise required by law.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All program content, materials, frameworks, methods, recordings, workbooks, scripts, guided meditations, and resources provided through the Identity Integration Intensive™ are the intellectual property of Judy Ben-Asher Wellness, LLC.

Client may not reproduce, distribute, share, record, resell, or repurpose any program materials, session recordings, or proprietary frameworks without the prior written consent of Judy Ben-Asher Wellness, LLC. Unauthorized use may result in immediate termination from the program without refund and potential legal action.

9. COACHING IS NOT THERAPY

Client understands and agrees that the services provided by Judy Ben-Asher Wellness, LLC are coaching services and are not a substitute for licensed therapy, counseling, psychotherapy, psychiatric care, medical treatment, or any other licensed professional services.

Judy Ben-Asher is a certified Wellness Coach, Trauma-Informed Coach, and holistic health practitioner. She is not a licensed therapist, psychologist, psychiatrist, or medical doctor.

Client is responsible for their own well-being and agrees to seek appropriate licensed professional support if needed at any time during or after the program.

10. ASSUMPTION OF RESPONSIBILITY

Client acknowledges that coaching involves personal exploration and that emotional responses may arise during the program. Client takes full responsibility for their own choices, actions, and well-being throughout and after the program.

Coach shall not be held liable for any outcomes, decisions, or consequences resulting from the coaching relationship or participation in the program.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Judy Ben-Asher Wellness, LLC, its owner, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from or related to Client’s participation in the program, use of program materials, or any actions taken as a result of coaching. Client’s sole remedy under this Agreement is the refund described in Section 5.

12. COMMUNICATION AND CONDUCT

Client agrees to engage respectfully and supportively within the group container and community spaces. Disruptive, harmful, or disrespectful behavior toward Coach or other participants may result in removal from the program without refund.

Coach will communicate program updates, scheduling changes, and relevant information via email and the Kajabi platform. Client is responsible for maintaining an active email address and checking communications regularly.

13. TESTIMONIALS AND MARKETING

Coach may request Client’s permission to use anonymized testimonials, feedback, or success stories for marketing purposes. No identifying information will be shared without Client’s separate, explicit written consent. Client is never obligated to provide a testimonial.

14. FORCE MAJEURE

Neither party shall be held liable for any failure or delay in performing obligations under this Agreement due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to illness, natural disaster, pandemic, technical failures, or other unforeseen events. In such cases, Coach will make reasonable efforts to reschedule or provide alternative arrangements.

15. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which Judy Ben-Asher Wellness, LLC is registered. Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall first be addressed through good-faith mediation before pursuing other remedies.

16. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between Coach and Client regarding the Identity Integration Intensive™ program. No verbal agreements, representations, or modifications shall be binding unless made in writing and signed by both parties.

17. ACKNOWLEDGMENT AND SIGNATURE

By signing below, Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to all terms and conditions outlined in this Service Agreement.
